2. It was a very difficult task to as it requires
planning and prioritizing.
With me when I’m under pressure or
juggling with a lot to do it is very difficult
to manage my time , and some tasks I don’t
finish or even forget.
However, I’m also guilty of wanting to put
things off until tomorrow.
TRUST ME!!
“If time is not managed effectively, one
become inefficient and stressed”
3. PLANNING AHEAD
This factor helped me a lot as I
already knew what I am going to
do the following day and what
materials I need to achieve it.
PRIORITISING AND SAYING
“NO’
By me knowing what is
important and urgent made me
manage my time and self very
well and learn to say “NO“ in a
RIGHT way.
4. Phones
PRIORITY
DISTRACTORS
Other
people’s
jobs
The moment I open my phone and go on social media
networks, I tend to forget myself and waste a lot of time which
is never regained. And remember: “Time and Tide wait for
none!”
I don’t know how to say “NO” and this is costing
me a lot of my time as they will always say it
urgent and I tend to forget my priorities and
before I know it I have to leave. That’s when
some work is putted away for tomorrow
5. ACTION TO ELIMINATE
DISTRACTION
I have decided to put my
phone in the bag when I am
at work. As they say “time is
money and money is
today’s LIFE”.
Learned to set boundaries and to
say “no” to work that is not
rewarding to me(OPJ’s), even
though I know that it will upset
others.
The task taught me to
understand the value
of time in life and that
people who waste
time fail to create
identity of their own.
