related tax management, and management of the compliance for related statutes like
TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Labour laws etc.
7) Regulatory compliance
Management of the timely compliance of all related statutes like RBI,Income Tax,
Companies Act, Service Tax, VAT etc. including payments and filing periodical returns.
8) Handling audits
Support the Statutory auditors and comply with all audit requirements for timely accounts
audit completion.
9) Project profitability management
Managing the Project Profitability budgeting as a part of Bid-no-Bid analysis, the monthly
profitability analysis for each project and its subsequent management to enable
maximum budget compliance.
10) Cost management
Perfect management of cost on a monthly basis with major concentration on long term
commitment / policy cost and routine concentration on short term cost.
11) Secretarial Management
Conducting Board meetings, AGM etc., and managing related and other Secretarial
compliance.
