Job responsibilities under Accounts dept.:
(i) To make monthly performance report for TORAY MANAGEMENT of Japan and Hong
Kong including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow statement, Cost center wise
budget Variance analysis as well as expense analysis, product /style wise Budgeted vs.
Actual costing, and it is mailed to Hong Kong office & Tokyo office then to present over
Television meeting.
(ii) To supervise all Transactions, Accounting treatment through Cash payment, Cash receipt, Bank
payment, Bank receipt and Journal voucher through Tally Gold Multi user Accounting
software & Troyee Accounting Software
(iii) To supervise all the records of export and import related transactions i.e, export through Master
L/C and BB L/C, import through BB L/C, Cash L/C, Sight L/C and Deferred L/C. To keep
accounts for all funded and non- funded liability of banks and other financial institutions.
(iv) To Prepare Balance sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of change in share
holders’ equity and notes to the accounts as per IAS and IFRS. Analyzing performances of each
individual company through Break-even analysis, Growth rate analysis, Trend analysis and Ratio
analysis and report to the Chairman at the end of month.
Job responsibilities under Cost & Budget.:
(i) To discuss with all GMs about monthly MIS of Spinning Mills, Jute Mills, Knitting, Dyeing
(Knit & oven), Weaving, Knit Garments & Denim garments and report to the Chairman in each
month.
(ii) To make Production plan and budget (Yearly as well as Monthly) i.e, Sales budget, Production
budget (on the basis of MKT.dept’s, demand), Cost center wise expense budget, budgeted
Income statement, budgeted cash flow statement including future cash inflow and outflow and
maintain budgetary control for each month.
(iii) To compute per kg/lb. cost of different counts of cotton yarn (i.e, Carded, Combed, PC, CVC,
Ecru melange, Grey mélange, Anthra mélange, Modal cotton, Viscos, and Lycra yarn), jute
yarn through Count wise yarn costing system also compute Per yard costing of weaving
fabric, per kg of knitting fabric, dyeing fabric also to make order wise/ buyer wise garment
costing ( per dozens) and report to the Chairman at the end of each month .
Job responsibilities under Commercial, Finance & Banking.
(i) To deal with bank about sanction of composite credit facilities i.e, credit facility for sight L/C,
deferred L/C, BB LC, PAD,LTR P.C Loan, Project loan, CC hypo, and account for all Back to
Back liability, Acceptance Liability, etc.
(ii) To make BMRE (Balancing Modernization Replacement and Expansion) proposal for
enhancement of project loan.
(iii) To make feasibility report and submit to bank for new project financing.
(iv) To control all export bills negotiation and discounting of our Garment,Textiles and Spinning
Mills.
Job responsibilities under Income Tax & Vat.
(i ) To submit Income tax return as per section 75 of the income tax ordinance-1984
for the companys’ and individual’s.
To Prepare Financial Statements for Income Tax authority, Banks & other Financial Institutions
with detail schedules.
(ii) To produce necessary documents and accounting data to the DCT at the time of hearing as per section
79 of the income tax ordinance-1984. To attend at the hearing as representative of the company as
per section 83 of the Income Tax ordinance-1984.
(i) Have a deep knowledge about maintaining Musak register and Musak challan i.e Musak-01-price
declaration,Musak-11- vat challan, Musak-16-purchase register, Musak-17-Sales register,
Musak-18 –Current register,Musak-18(a) vat deduction at source, Musak-19-Monthly return
submit to the circle.
