Gemia D. Gilmore has over 20 years of experience in customer service, personnel scheduling, training, and supply chain coordination. She is currently the Church Administrator at Bethel Church in Grand Blanc, Michigan where she devises budgets, plans events, and implemented a financial system that improved the church's money management. Prior to that, she spent 19 years at Webasto Sunroof Systems in various supply chain roles where she reduced product downtimes and freight costs, maintained accurate inventories, and implemented quality control processes. She has a bachelor's degree expected in December 2018 from Rochester College.
