Implementation of SAP:
Responsible for HSM Americas and EMEA Quality Management
users, Interview all user of the Quality management functions of
SAP, defines usage and reporting requirements. Find appropriate
functions in the new version of SAP. Retrain personell in the new
version. Get users authorizations to different QA functions, give
training to new users.
Hand Held Products
Qualification Lab Tech/Documentation Control:

Review all testing requests coming into department to verify
qualification lab had all equipment, software, and capability to
complete job requests. Verification of all job requests were
completed fully and correctly. Project testing summaries, data

Machine Repair & Maintenance:
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of environmental test
chambers, Tumble machines, Fixturing, Cable Flex machine,
Electrostatic Discharge Test station.
Test Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot software interfaces, electronic interfaces, product
software and hardware settings.
QE Back-up:
Acting QE:
Backed up the QE position in HHS for 5 months until a replacement
was hired. Covered HHS, CPO, SOD, and partial coverage of

Teach PPA’s new software packages, the OBF process, the rework
order process, the ECN process. Take care of any discrepancies
discovered in paperwork.
Incoming QA support:
As technical support and also as back-up Incoming Inspector.
Work Order Checklist Process:
Revamped to eliminate associate hand typing entry and also
simplifying for understandability and ease of use.
Quality Measures:
Collected and analyzed data for HHS. Meaured Yield, Productivity
Quality Issues, Cycle Count, and scrap. Was used for the purpose
Of finding biggest hits in each measure to improve upon.

Go into shipping and randomly sample product as well as suspect

Test Technician:
Troubleshooting and testing of 3000’s, 3200’s, 3400’s, Telxon scanners,
Saphire scanners, 5400’s, 5700’s, 5900’s, Sabre lasers, Check Readers, the
3700 scanner family which includes Machine Mounts, Mark 5’s, and Keno
scanners, 3800’s, 4400’s, and the RF family. Set-up and logging of
confidence samples. Design and set-up of rework testing. QA designate
