psychology, occupational therapy, dental hygiene) charged with clinical case management of
people with developmental disabilities as they transition from large state run developmental
centers into smaller community based homes, and ongoing in the community
-developed and coordinate the implementation of agency protocols related to clinical oversight of
consumer progress, fiscal management of consumer services, and regulatory compliance of
community based service provider agencies
-developed annual and ongoing regional center budget projections regarding start up costs for
developing community based services to accommodate people moving from developmental
centers,ongoing community based service costs post developmental center discharge, and regional
center operational costs to support this project
Standards Compliance Coordinator (9/00-2/03)
-developed and coordinated the implementation of policies and procedures to insure regional
center and service provider compliance with state and federal guidelines related to the Home
and Community Based Services Medicaid Waiver Program, Nursing Home Reform Program,
Targeted Case Management Program, and Special Incident Reporting
-served as the agency liaison to the California Department of Developmental Services Federal

-wrote grant proposals to obtain State funding for agency expansion in New Jersey when
North Princeton Developmental Center was ordered to be closed by New Jersey’s governor
