individuals served by the New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Medicaid Waiver;
• Writing and revision of Policy, Procedures and Standards outlining the scope of services
provided by contracted behavior support consultation agencies;
• Contract management of these provider agencies;
• Oversight and program development of:
o Behavior Consultation Services;
o Socialization and Sexuality Services for Individuals with Intellectual Disability (ID);
o Preliminary Risk Screening for Individuals with ID who offend sexually;
• Supervision and training of 5 DOH employed Regional Behavior Specialists:
oRelated duties include but are not limited to: time management, schedule compliance,
employee evaluation, corrective action, clinical supervision, individual technical
assistance, and professional development trainings;
• Direct technical assistance to Interdisciplinary Teams regarding behavioral programming,
positive support practices, and responsible use of Applied Behavior Analysis technologies
