 Assume all operational/technical accountabilities and responsibilities of a Technician up to
and exceeding a Technician level.
 Ownership of production results according to team and machine targeting.
 Undertake the maintenance of machinery and control the costs associated with the
maintenance.
 Contribute to the planning, and undertaking of product changes.
 Maintain accumulation policies and undertake de-bottlenecking approach to ensure
maximum productivity.
 Assume all leadership accountabilities and responsibilities of a Technician.
 Drive the prompt correction of a breakdown.
 Responsible for safety, quality, OEE and waste
Achievements:
 Conversant with ‘5S’, Six Sigma (Tafe & Workplace) & Lean Manufacturing.
 WHS Representative (7yrs) and Chairman of the committee (6yrs).
 First Aider (refreshed for the last 9yrs and current for a further 3yrs) & CPR current for
1yr.
 Passed two courses for ‘Train the Trainer’ to help enable in training of other employees.
 Passed Cert 2 in food processing (On top of original City & Guilds food qualifications).
 Integral in implementing numerous safety measures across factory floor.

 Control of ‘trade seconds’ division of warehouse including stock control order picking
and customer inquiries.
 Control of all faulty goods returned including cataloguing and return shipments.

 Instrumental in original design of kitchen & layout of all equipment.
 Complete control over all ordering, costing & menu changes.
 Responsible for compilation & implementation of menus for all special events.
