Objective
Find employment in the construction industry as Site Superintendent. My passion for
construction coupled with my experience in management is the reason for my searching for a
position in this field. To accomplish a stable, lasting and enriching career in the construction
industry.
Areas of Expertise
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, I am proud of my
accomplishments and advancements. Over the years I have learned not only the hands-on
aspect of construction, but built and managed successful relationships with clients, architects,
engineers and sub-trades. Having worked with numerous project managers over the years, I
found that delivering a project on time and on budget depends a lot on an honest and good
relationship, which includes communication, cooperation and respect between both parties. I am
also proud to have been able to adapt to new technologies. I know that in this high tech business
world, time and precision are very important tools in creating successful projects. I am a good
learner and I welcome any opportunity for additional studies to better my chances for
advancements.
I work well with minimum supervision.
I adapt, create and back-up reports on computer and communicate with the latest tech products on the
market. I am also bilingual.
I am willing and able to go beyond to get things done when needed.
I have supervised and managed projects from .5 to 6.5 million$, all with a perfect security and accident free
record to date by exercising a 0 tolerance attitude. I am a certified first respondent since 2007.
