deals on a wide range of supplies. Maintaining an orderly warehouse, Reports on parts/materials cost on all
jobs. Working with accounts payable to assure all parts bills were accurate. Inventory control. Technical
support for technicians in field. Accomplishments: Expanded and re-organized warehouse,developed
procedures for inventory control , won Technical Award for Custom Security at ISC West 2011 for development
of procedures on “Total Connect 1” implementation.

to see that projects were scheduled and executed in a timely and efficient manner, ramrodding daily operations
with 6+ installation crews, resolving customer concerns/problems, helping technicians troubleshoot technical
or other problems encountered in field, training technicians, overseeing the ordering and control of parts and
supplies, and sharing responsibility of personnelmanagement with generalmanager. Wrote installation
procedures, installation checklist, and multiple technical diagrams and instructions for installation.

burg/fire tech. Installed and serviced alarms in residential and commercial applications. Including
commercial fire, access control, and video surveillance.

daily operation of retail nursery. Duties included hiring and supervision of nursery personnel, purchasing,
customer service, horticultural and landscape consulting.
April 89- Aug. 89 Lawn and Tree/Shrub Specialist at Chemlawn Services Corp. (Branch 5321)
Main responsibility was customer service which included problem analysis and treatment. (This branch closed
in Dec. ’89)
