EDUCATION
• Aug. 2008 to May 2012
University of Arkansas, Fulbright College of Arts & Sciences, Fayetteville, Arkansas
Journalism major, News/Editorial - expected graduation May 2012
EXPERIENCE
• Oct. 2011 to Present
Working at Vintage Stock also presented me with the opportunity to show off my multi-tasking
skills. I learned how to buy, sell, test equipment, clean and package discs, as well as work in a fast
paced environment.
• Aug. 2010 to Oct. 2011
After working at Chartwell’s for over a year I learned how to better multi-task and manage my
time. Initially working as a cashier presented its many difficulties yet after I showed I was able to
handle any task I was put to the Building Director, Paul Wilson-Scott and my manager, Dave Flannery
decided to put me to more tasks. I filled in as a food prep., sanitation, and cooks assistant. They
decided that they could put me anywhere so I worked at 4 of their different locations on campus, The
Student Union, The Quads, Club Red, and during the football games at the Stadium.
• Jan. 2010 to May 2010
I learned valuable communication skills working as a computer lab monitor at the Spring
International Language Center at the University of Arkansas. I learned how to better communicate
with international students learning how to speak English by helping them with their homework or
their computer problems. I also exceeded at tasks that were not a part of my job description. And for
that I gained better computer knowledge and had a better understanding of how to fix the computers
in my lab. .
