 Worked with a local Non-Governmental Organization, the Mirror Foundation
 Assisted the local community and hill tribes of Northern Thailand with manual labor
(Agricultural, home and road improvement/renovation), and general assistance to improve living conditions
 Worked with a multi-national team to dig trenches and build a dam to flood the rice fields of local community members in
addition to improving a hut and land for a hill tribe member who did not have the use of her legs. We were able to make her
home and garden more accessible to her, as her condition made basic tasks difficult
 We achieved raising the standard of living for the local villagers

 Volunteered for the US State Department during the US/African Leaders Summit
 Given specific training on cultural differences and the summit itself
 Placed in the Institute of Peace as a runner for the media where I was tasked to run media equipment to areas of the summit
