Canadians, children’s story hour, and technology training for adults.

taken place with Nutana Collegiate, Royal West Collegiate, and Mount
Royal Collegiate. I have worked with inner city students, faculty, and
administration in multiple capacities over the past ten years.
March 2014 – October 2014 Community Learners High School / Youth Development Corp.
High school teacher and youth worker. Duties include classroom
instruction in English, Native Studies, Math, Work Education, and
Graphic Arts. Skills include organizing lesson plans and student activities
in an efficient, timely manner, and providing one-on-one and group
instruction. Throughout my teaching experience with students of all ages
and backgrounds, I have developed the patience and flexibility needed to
work in an environment with varying demands, deadlines, sensitivities
and distractions.

Duties include academic research, conducting literature reviews and
preparing manuscripts for publication, meeting deadlines, and project
management. This position requires the organization of large amounts of
data—receiving, cataloguing in Excel, and running multiple tests on over
1000 blood samples. I work independently and as an assistant to the lab
supervisor, which requires attention to detail, managing multiple priorities
and deadlines, and following instructions closely.
2011 – 2013 Marion M. Graham Outdoor School Program – Saskatoon, SK
Teaching internship. Duties included classroom instruction, organizing
wilderness trips, and supervising/leading wilderness trips with grade 11
students. My internship provided the opportunity to practice adaptation
and classroom management in a variety of settings, use judgement to
solve problems, and collaborate with other educators.
2007 – 2009 Hostelling International –Victoria, B.C.
Front desk attendant and reservations. This position gave me the
opportunity to develop my interpersonal skills and utilize written and
verbal communication in a professional environment. I am highly
experienced in addressing complaints and resolving problems in a
friendly manner while interacting with people from all backgrounds.
