memory, but also conducive to us to produce new and
creative ideas.
 Against obesity: The night's sleep affects weight and
body mass index.
 Siesta heart: Take a nap of 15-20 minutes during the
day can have benefits for the cardiovascular system,
When resting wrong, it influences in:
 Your quality of life will get worse
 Depression: sleep deprivation affects our emotions.
 Obesity and diabetes: lack of sleep increases appetite
 Memory loss: it costs more work withhold information
so the memory decreases.
 Neither more nor less: reduce night rest increases by
12% the risk of premature death

Here are some tips for better rest:
1. Avoid caffeine at least 6 hours before you go to sleep.
2. Dinner two hours before you go to sleep and avoid
abundant and heavy dinners
3. Stay away from the screens, both television and the
cell, etc, at least 1 hour before you go to sleep.
4. Buying a comfortable mattress and pillow that really let
you rest.
5. Sleep quietly without any noise can disturb you or
awaken
