This document describes the facilities and training programs offered at the Rescue 177 Training Center in Valenzuela City, Philippines. The center aims to provide hands-on safety and rescue training through its mobile units, which travel throughout the country. Training includes high angle rescue from towers up to 40 feet tall, basic survival skills, and safety procedures and equipment familiarization. The center's goal is to give organizations and groups experiential learning opportunities in rescue skills without the hassle of long travel. Instructors demonstrate and teach rigging sling rescues, rappelling techniques, and how to properly use equipment like ropes, harnesses, and carabiners.
