This document provides information on various rescue kits offered by Lifegear rescue. 2. RESQ
Lifegear rescue is synonyms with simplicity by making systems easily retrievable usable
and maintainable. Our years of experience interacting with users and technicians at
ground level of different industries, has enabled us design quick mobilisation rescue kits.
Each rescue kit is made after practical inputs by highly trained and experienced rescue
technicians. A rescue kit should be light manoeuvrable with adequate number of gadgets
to perform a specic task efciently. Packaging in all terrane all weather bags has been
given due consideration in product design by our engineers and technicians.
Rescue is a specialised job that requires continuous training and experience, hours of
practice coupled with year of experience makes a skilled rescuer. We highly recommend
that the person should have minimum level of competency before operating or attempting
rescue. To make it easy, we have mentioned the required competency level with every kit.
As per NFPA guidelines, below are the levels of rescue training -
1) Awareness Level. This level represents the minimum capability of organizations that
provide response to technical search and rescue incidents.
2) Operations Level. This level represents the capability of organizations to respond to
technical search and rescue incidents and to identify hazards, use rescue equipment, and
apply limited techniques to support and participate in technical search and rescue
incidents.
3) Technician Level. This level represents the capability of organizations to respond to
technical search and rescue incidents and to identify hazards use rescue equipment, and
apply advanced techniques to coordinate, perform and supervise technical search and
rescue incidents.

5. TOWER RESCUE KIT
LIFT- IT HAULERBINER KIT
This kit contains equipment necessary for safe access when working at height, along with the minimum
gear needed to initiate an onsite rescue or respond to a tower rescue. It includes all the equipment
needed for everything from a one-person rappel pick-off rescue to a team-based lowering pick-off.
The Lif-It HaulerBiner is a mechanical advantage system, which has three pulley wheels
incorporated into each Karabiner, crea ng a ompact and lightweight 6:1 or 7:1 theoreetal
Mechanical Advantage system. The HaulerBiner has a purpose designed progress capture cam, with
an 'on/off' posi on, which all s the cam to be held in the engaged, or disengagaged posi on.
The HaulerBiner u lises purpose-d veloped 6mm (1/4”) diameter rope, (for strength and easy
handling/best grip) and is supplied in a double-pocket pouch, for easy deployment and storage on
the user's harness.
