Unlimited Potential presented details on the project description and requested a Section 108 Loan Guarantee from the city to fund the rehabilitation within the proposed time frame. Council members considered authorizing city staff to work with Unlimited Potential on applying for the Section 108 Loan.
Rental Registration Fee Consideration

The talk is organized around three takeaways: (1) For better or sometimes worse, AI provides you with “infinite interns.” (2) Give people permission & guardrails to learn what works with these “interns” and what doesn’t. (3) Create a roadmap for adding in more AI to assist nonprofit work, along with strategies for bias mitigation.

Non-Annexation Agreement • A guarantee that the City will not annex the property for a period of ten years unless the terms of the agreement are violated • A promise by the owner(s) to use the property in a way that is consistent with the City’s A-O (Agricultural Open) zoning district • A promise by the owner that no person will file a plat or related development document for the property • A provision that a violation of the agreement by the will constitute a petition for voluntary annexation
