REPORTING What is reporting? News is currently information made  available to the public about  what is going  on, that is a timely, concise and accurate report of an event, an idea  or a  problem  and help make up their minds  about what to think and how to act. How to write a report ? It is addressed to one’s superior/colleagues, members of a committee and is written in response to a request or instruction. It consists of: an introductory para ( states the purpose and content of the report) a main body (a relevant info is presented in detail under suitable subheadings).
a conclusion ( summarises the info given,and may include an opinion and/or suggestion/recommendation. The purpose/aim/intention of the report. To conclude/to sum up/In conclusion/on the whole on the basis of the points that mentioned above – to end report. Reference proficiency
In order to be a  good  writer, you need to be a  reader . Keep sentences  short  ,on the average Prefer the  familiar  word .
Use terms your reader can picture.  Make full use of  variety .  Write to  express , not to impress.

Beat  reporters   build up a base of knowledge on and gain familiarity with the sector, allowing them to provide insight and commentary in addition to reporting straight facts.  This distinguishes them from other journalists who might cover similar stories from time to time.
Conclusion good reporting is essential. Report as many detail as possible. Desribe people, settings and feelings, the element of storytelling. The detail place the reader in the scene that in being described.
