3. BENCHMARKING OF RENT-COSTS
KORNBERGER CONSULTING will provide you following recommendations
as a result of the rent-costs analysis:
+++ = your terms are benchmark, everything is o.k.
+ green = rent level is o.k

- orange = start to negotiate, improvements should be possible
--- red = start to negotiate urgently, significant improvements
must be possible
Deliverables:
If the result of the appraisal is orange or red you will additional get
a recommendation for a target ( rent in U$ / m2, or % of revenue)

4. BENCHMARKING OF RENT-COSTS
€ 500,- each store, if benchmark figures are available, payable in advance
(minimum 5 stores or € 2.500,-)
+30% of the savings for one year, payable after negotiation and signing
of changed terms in rent contract
plus travel expenses (flight Vienna/Kiev/Vienna, hotel in Kiev (only if necessary)
