Selling Power. Based on our five ways of selling power, we will give you an
update twice a year on new and inspiring concepts that were added to the
NEDIS portfolio through this concept magazine.
As a branded consumer electronics and accessory wholesaler we are
selling more than just products; NEDIS offers complete retail concepts

and stimulation of your turnover rate. All concepts are completely in line

In this issue of the concept magazine we would like to present the rebranding of König
and HQ.
One of the NEDIS propositions is tipping the scale, which means that we strive to make a
difference in-store. As 80% of all buying decisions are made inside stores, we know how
important it is to present our products as attractive and informative as possible in both
shops and webshops.
NEDIS was rebranding its brands König and HQ to do just that. This resulted in a
contemporary look; the in-store presentation was optimised in 3 steps to stimulate
self selection by end consumers: at a distance of 5 metres, consumers are now able to
recognise the brand. At 3 metres, they are able to recognise the product group and at 1
metre, they are able to easily find and choose the desired product. This will result in more
efficient resales, which will maximise our partners’revenue.
Along with the rebranding, we slightly changed the product range of both brands to
better match the individual brand identities. This improves clarity in brand perception
for end consumers. König is solely focusing on reliable, contemporary, technology-driven
consumer electronics accessories, while HQ offers a wide range of daily-used household
products and consumer electronics-related consumables. In practice, this means that
cables, for instance, are sold under the König brand instead of HQ from now on.
The official introduction of this rebranding takes place at the IFA (5 September). Since it
is a phased introduction, some products might appear in the market earlier. The brand
websites will also get an update to match the new branding.
On page 6 to 9 in this magazine we give you a sneak preview of the rebranding of König
and HQ.

NEDIS was rebranding its brands König and HQ to do just that. This resulted in a contemporary look; the in-store presentation was optimised in 3 steps to stimulate self selection by end consumers: at a distance of 5 metres, consumers are now able to recognise the brand. At 3 metres, they are able to recognise the product group and at 1 metre, they are able to easily find and choose the desired product. This will result in more efficient resales, which will maximise our partners’revenue. Along with the rebranding, we slightly changed the product range of both brands to better match the individual brand identities. This improves clarity in brand perception for end consumers. König is solely focusing on reliable, contemporary, technology-driven consumer electronics accessories, while HQ offers a wide range of daily-used household products and consumer electronics-related consumables. In practice, this means that cables, for instance, are sold under the König brand instead of HQ from now on. The official introduction of this rebranding takes place at the IFA (5 September).
