Slide Two- Setting: My story took place at home between my father and I.
Slide Three-Task: I’ve been living with my parents all of my life and when my husband and I got married he moved in with us. The reason we have never moved out is because I help pay for more than half the expenses in the household. My mother has been unable to find a job and my dad doesn’t make that much at his job, therefore I decided that for the time being we would stay there until they are able to live on their own. The hard part about all this is that my husband is just ready to move out. He can’t stand the fact that my parents are always trying to butt in and tell us how we should live our lives.
Slide Four- Action: About a couple of months ago I got into a really intense argument with my father. I had just come home from a long day of work and I just wanted to sit down and relax. My husband had left to go to the grocery store and when my son realized that his father had left without him, he had a huge fit and started crying. I tried calling my son over so I could and talk to him but that didn’t work. Instead my sister decided she wanted to help me and got up to see if she could calm him down. As that was happening, my dad came barging from his room yelling that I need to check on my son and try to calm him down. I told him that my sister Vanessa was already with him and that’s when he got even madder, he was making it seem like I just didn’t care.
Slide Five- Result: I lost my temper and told my dad to just be quite and go back to his room. He began yelling at me and telling me that I cannot speak to him in that way. I than proceeded with telling him that I was moving out and that they would have to figure everything out on their own because I could no longer stand living under the same roof.

Slide Nine – Action: The day this incident happened, I was on the phone with a friend and it was extremely hard to have a conversation with him because my grandson was crying. When I came out of my room to see what was happening I just saw my daughter sitting on the couch not doing anything about my grandson crying. So I began yelling at her and telling her that she needed to take care of her son. I didn’t listen to what she had to say and just kept yelling at her.
Slide Ten- Result: My daughter told me to mind my own business and go to my room. She than went on to tell me that she was moving out and was no longer going to help us. This was a very big shock

Most participants reported increased mindfulness about relaxation techniques as a result. While stress levels generally stayed the same or decreased, participants unanimously felt they were more conscious of relaxation methods. The personal nature of the text messages seemed to create accountability and motivation to engage in deliberate relaxation. Overall, simply reporting daily activities led participants to adapt their behaviors to improve relaxation without prescriptive suggestions.

Mutation Testing for Task-Oriented Chatbots
Conversational agents, or chatbots, are increasingly used to access all sorts of services using natural language. While open-domain chatbots - like ChatGPT - can converse on any topic, task-oriented chatbots - the focus of this paper - are designed for specific tasks, like booking a flight, obtaining customer support, or setting an appointment. Like any other software, task-oriented chatbots need to be properly tested, usually by defining and executing test scenarios (i.e., sequences of user-chatbot interactions). However, there is currently a lack of methods to quantify the completeness and strength of such test scenarios, which can lead to low-quality tests, and hence to buggy chatbots.
To fill this gap, we propose adapting mutation testing (MuT) for task-oriented chatbots. To this end, we introduce a set of mutation operators that emulate faults in chatbot designs, an architecture that enables MuT on chatbots built using heterogeneous technologies, and a practical realisation as an Eclipse plugin. Moreover, we evaluate the applicability, effectiveness and efficiency of our approach on open-source chatbots, with promising results.
