me to provide this letter that she may show to University’s body or to any prospective

Tanya has joined Mondelez Bulgaria as a Management Trainee and after
completing the program she was offered the position of International Transportation
Assistant in Logistic Operations function of the CS&L department, as back-up of a
colleague in a maternity leave.
When I took over the responsibilities for leading the Logistic Operations function
on May 1st
, 2010, Tanya has already been with the team for 3 months and has learned
lots about the operations and the interactions within the company and with vendors.
She demonstrated high commitment to all assigned tasks and delivered them
within the expected quality and time. She initiated an optimization study and worked
very hard in to the direction of optimizing the international transportation ordering
process and decreasing the paper flows by removing the unnecessary operations and
automating the reports and data transfer between different sources and files. Eventually,
she managed to optimize so well the daily operations and reports, that after Tanya being
proposed to join another function in the CS&L department in October 2011, her duties
were easily assigned and added to the responsibilities of another employee in my team,
without additional burden and excessive workload.
Tanya is very smart and a quick learner. She is able to handle multiple tasks and
to work under pressure. She demonstrates solid analytic thinking, creativity and very
good organizational skills.
