I highly recommend Anna Hong Xin Zhou as a candidate for employment. Anna completed her internship
with Monash College Pty Ltd within the Operations Information Services department as Junior Business
Analyst from 19 October 2015 to 22 January 2016.
As part of the internship, she contributed to the process improvement projects, identifying and validate
business rules and business requirements. She also assisted in the development of user acceptance test
scripts, as well as performed system testing as part of the company’s business application rollout.
Anna has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. During her internship, she demonstrated
strong problem solving skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail. In addition, she is conscientious,
reliable and eager to learn. Anna can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the
job gets done. She is flexible and willing to work on any project and operational tasks that was assigned to
