Dear Madam, Sir,
I had the pleasure to manage Andrea Sobrero during his internship period in the Pricing &
Revenue Management department at Costa Crociere.
The department’s goal is to maximize revenues and ships’ occupancy by managing prices and
cabins’ inventory. The team estimates future demand and determines optimal prices with a
continuous process of analysis and decision making.
Andrea supported the analysts’ team in these activities especially in competition monitoring,
promo fares evaluation and set up and reporting.
His professional profile is results oriented and success driven. He is accurate, motivated and
highly committed.
In these months he has learnt a lot about teamwork in a structured and complex organization,
always being willing to listen and learn from the others and asking for feedback to improve
his hard and soft skills.
For all the above reasons, I truly believe he’ll deliver an excellent performance in both
academic and professional contexts.
