I was thrilled when I saw a vacancy upon the Koko Amusement website as this is an opportunity
that I am enormously keen on pursuing. I am confident that with the skills that I possess and my
passion for arcade entertainments and managing a team in helping the people and stakeholders
in need, I would be a fantastic fit for this role.
For the past year, I have been working within the ever-changing environment within prestigious
casinos. Where I was mainly responsible for assisting in training programs and creating suitable
personnel/products to satisfy company-based marketing programs. As part of my job, I am
responsible for reviewing job applications, performing qualification checks, short listing
candidates, arranging job interviews, and performing general admin duties upon specific
company platforms mainly in Gaming division and assisting the marketing team. These
responsibilities have given me a comprehensive and practical insight into the recruitment
process from start to finish and willingness to learn about the machine via Koko Amusement as I
am a regular myself. It is a place I would like to nurture and thrive to beat our competitors.
I have a confident personality and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to
speak clearly and professionally, whether face-to-face or over the phone both via English and
Mandarin.
I am especially attracted to joining your organisation because of the emphasis it puts on long-
term growth and training within the company. And the promise of full support and control over
client-based entertainment and the integration of integrity and diversifications within the
workforce. Challenges motivate me and learning how the arcade machines operates also excited
me, and I believe that I would be able to bring together my prior knowledge and skills as a
competent team member amongst the team. I will become a valuable asset to Koko Amusement
and making sure that not only the clients but my peers and teammates feel valued and
respected.
