Cavender Brothers Management has employed Brandon Snow as an Information Technology (IT) Technical
Analyst for the past four and a half years. Brandon’s duties have been primarily related to the IT helpdesk and support
functions of the enterprise. These duties include basic PC administration, hardware and software troubleshooting,
printer maintenance, network design, implementation and administration(switch, router and firewall) WAN, MAN and
LAN as well as VLAN configuration and administration, VOIP infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting,
programming, system administration of helpdesk, CRM and industry proprietary transactional processing systems. In
addition to these daily administration and support duties Brandon has also been trusted to head several projects and
initiatives, for example; Brandon headed the project to upgrade and secure the perimeter firewalls and VPN capabilities
of the organization. He also headed the project to work with fixed operations executives and department managers
establishing the service business development center (BDC) processes and procedures utilized across the enterprise.
In his current role Brandon is in a position of great trust and he has proven himself worthy of that trust. His
system rights grant him the ability to gain access to highly confidential information within the enterprise with the
potential to cause great harm. He has never misused or abused that authority in any way. Additionally, his duties
require that he has unrestricted access to costly and critical company assets and he has, in this regard, also been true to
the trust of his position and gained the confidence of company management at all levels.
Brandon’s role is a largely autonomous one that requires significant integrity, discipline, self-management,
prioritization of multiple simultaneous and urgent tasks as well as diverse and extensive problem solving abilities.
Brandon has excelled in this environment and has proven himself as a highly capable solution minded individual who
requires minimal supervision and is constantly seeking to improve and expand his understanding and abilities. He is a
quick learner who takes direction well and is able and willing to provide additional insight. If Brandon see’s something
that can be improved or that needs attention he takes opportunity to not only address the opportunity but to suggest
possible solutions.
Brandon has great potential and has grown tremendously while at Cavender Brothers Management. With the
qualities and work ethic he has shown during his tenure here I confidently and unreservedly recommend him as one
who can be trusted to put his best efforts into any job or project that is required and be a valuable asset. Simply put,
when I ask Brandon to do something, it gets done.
