To whom it may concern,
I had the opportunity to work with Bradd Edmondson for over 5 years as a manager and a project
manager at the Allstate Insurance facility in Roanoke, Va. Bradd directly reported to me for several
years. I also worked with Bradd as part of several project teams.
When I supervised Bradd, he was serving as a Senior Analyst who handled a variety of complex
technical support tickets in Allstate’s Help Desk facility.
Bradd managed the technical aspects of several key projects I was assigned to as the lead project
manager. This included a companywide project to improve the process that employees used to
procure ergonomic and assistive technologies.
In all of these roles, Bradd consistently did exemplary work.
Bradd brings a wide range of technical and non-technical skills to the table. He has excellent IT skills
that allows him to function effectively in a variety of technical environments. Bradd pairs his technical
know-how with outstanding organizational and people skills. Bradd is a consummate IT professional.
I would highly recommend Bradd for IT related roles that he may pursue in the future.
