弊社では、Redmineをドキュメント管理やプロジェクト管理の手段として活用しています。その他にもプロジェクト管理だけではなく、コミュニケーション改善・記録ツールとしても活用しており、Redmineの運営や改善を行うワーキンググループ（以下、WG）が社内普及活動を実施しています。発表では、そのWGの活動を通して得た社内普及させる際の課題とその対応や、コミュニケーション改善ツールとしてのRedmineの活用方法をご紹介します。
