events and exhibitions agency with over 25 years
experience delivering the design & build of exhibition
stands and hospitality environments to many major
brands across a spectrum of industries.
Many of our clients operate in a global market place
and we partner with them to deliver their events and
exhibitions, wherever they are needed. Through our
groups’ facilities in the UK, France, UAE (Dubai),
China and America we operate in all major venues in
cities across all continents; this combined with our
creativity and vast project management experience,
enables us to create, manage and deliver solutions
to meet global, regional and local aspirations.

Design & Project Management
0-degrees staff handle design and project management
for all projects. In-house 2d and 3d exhibition, graphic
design and multimedia design are located at our offices
in the UK, along with our highly experienced and dedicated
project management team.
We have in-house graphic production facilities but we also
work with specialist 3rd parties for support services such as
large format graphic production, printing, catering, lighting,
floral decorations and furniture hire.
Construction & Refurbishment
We have an onsite manufacturing facility which enables
us to build and refurbish in-house, however, in some
instances we use select partners for construction,
where show location, budgetary requirements and
environmental considerations necessitate.
Transportation
0-degrees own a number of trailers and tractor units which
are used for the transportation of stand elements between
European shows. We also have excellent relationships with
a number of international shipping companies.
Installation
At 0-degrees, we pride ourselves on our project
management and we are known throughout the industry
for the quality of our delivery and meticulous processes.
We always work with dedicated installation teams for each
client, regardless of project size and budget and always
deliver on time and on budget, as a result.
Audio Visual
Many of our clients require complex AV solutions which we
supply as part of our bespoke service. This includes onsite
support, spares, and insurance for the duration of the event.
Quality Management
From start to finish, we provide you with an experienced
team of specialists to ensure all the stress of managing
events is taken away from you. The project team, lead
by a dedicated project manager, ensures every aspect
of the design and execution process is delivered to your
specification and to the highest quality management
standards whether we are responsible for every aspect of
a project or working with your other agencies and partners.

Our UK premises consist of a 5 acre secure storage
and workshop facility as well as our head office.
We store many of our clients’ stands onsite which are
then re-furbished in our workshop facilities if required
before transportation and re-installation at other events.
In addition to these facilities we have storage facilities
elsewhere for international accounts. Stand elements
are shipped and stored at various other locations around
the global inline with our clients’ requirements for their
trade show attendance.

Our process
We believe it is critical for our team and our client’s team
to have a common understanding of the objectives and
that responsibilities have been defined to ensure the
project success.
To aid our collaboration we have devised a simple 6-phase
process that we apply to every project’s development.
We provide you with an experienced team of specialists
to ensure all the stress of managing events is taken away
from you.
Our account management process will provide you with
direct access to the right expertise at each stage of the
design and delivery process, prior to, during and post event.
The project management team, lead by a dedicated
account manager, ensures every aspect of the design
and execution process is delivered to the highest quality
management standards.
Transparency and effective communication at every stage
of the process are core values and critical to the successful
delivery of a project and everything we do.
We document each task and provide a detailed project
plan with key milestones and a fully itemised breakdown
of costs for approval.
Frequent status meetings are completed to ensure you
are kept up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
We manage all the local communications with event
organisers, venue personnel and all other on-site service
providers.
Working in partnership with our clients in this way ensures
on time, perfect delivery time after time.

0-degrees will conduct a kick off meeting with you to introduce
the team, outline and agree detailed responsibilities and the
timeline for successful delivery. From this point on the project
manager is responsible for the successful installation and
delivery of the exhibition stand by the delivery team.
Pre-show, your project manager will act as the single point
of contact with you to finalise requirements. At every stage
any changes will be documented and agreed before the
project manager communicates this to all stakeholders,
suppliers and show organizers.
The project manager will also handle every aspect of the
exhibitor manual and place orders as directed by your
team, at the kick off meeting.
At the show, the project manager will be onsite throughout
the installation and will be supported for the duration of the
show by a maintenance team whose expertise run from
audio visual requirements to electrical support. It should be
noted that the installation team is dedicated to you, and
that no resources will be shared with other 0-degrees clients
attending the show.
Your project manager will also oversee the responsible
breakdown of the exhibition stand post event.
