What is Selection?
• It is a tool in the hand of management to
choose employees for the prospective job.
• It is a process to differentiate between
qualified & unqualified applicants.
• It involves some techniques such as written
test, interviews, different types of other tests
to identify qualified and qualitative human
resources for the organization.
