Proposal iPRO proposes a contingency fee arrangement based on exclusivity: The position you are recruiting holds a 25% fee * Fees are based on the candidate’s first year total annual base salary  02/03/11
Terms and Guarantee Fees will be invoiced upon the candidates acceptance date of offer Fees are due in full 15 days from the candidates start date iPRO offers a 30 day replacement guarantee to ensure the right fit for your company * The guarantee is void if fees are not received within net 15 day payment terms. 02/03/11
