Applicants will be contacted through email, text and phone calls. An appointment for an initial interview which will be done through
zoom will be set so we can record the whole process.
6. FIRST CONTACT
ISC will contact applicants who passed the resume
screening through text, phone calls and email.

7. FIRST PHASE
Initial interview
• Conducted by our experienced recruiters, an applicants’ ability to
communicate in the English language will be evaluated through
several check boxes focused on grammar, pronunciation and
comprehension to name a few.
• Our recruiters will also verify personal information and
preferences through normal conversation which also aids in
evaluating their competency in the language.
• These interviews are recorded and will be made available to YOU.
If applicant gets through the initial interview, he/she will take an online exam which will
cover grammar, customer service, call handling and decision-making skills.
8. Online exam
• To further measure an applicant’s competency and
comprehension of the English language, the online exam will
include grammar and comprehension.
• To check his skills in handling phone calls, the exam will include
situational problems that applicants will have to choose the best
resolution to a query.
SECOND PHASE
If applicant passes the exam, he/she will be scheduled for the 2nd interview.
9. THIRD PHASE
If applicant passes the second interview,
he will be endorsed to the client for the final interview.
Done by our recruitment supervisor through Zoom to ensure
that a video and audio recording of the call will be available.
This phase will mainly focus on what applicants can bring to
the table, talk more about their past job experiences and
setting expectations.
A set of questions is prepared (this can be changed depending
on the client’s needs) to further validate the applicant’s
communication and call handling skills. The questions include
how they handled stressful and difficult calls in the past.
10. FINAL PHASE
The final interview will be done by the client. Applicants can go to the
client’s office or have the interview done through phone.
The client will inform us through email if the applicant has passed or
failed. If passed, we at ISC will inform the applicant of what he needs
to submit so he can sign a contract with our client. If the applicant
fails, we will send an email informing him of the outcome.
We will be the one to collect, file and submit all pre-employment
documentation necessary to the client.
11. KNOW YOUR COMPANY
ISC will provide a brief
introduction of the client to the
new employees before the
start of training.
We wil send our recruitment expert to the
specified training facility to conduct the
know your family session and to collect
documents if necessary.
