support. I have known him as a graduate student in my Quality Management for Project
Managers class at San Francisco State University, College of Extended Learning. He completed
the course with distinction as part of the College’s Project Management Certificate Program.
This course has also given him a foundation in Agile Management and quality leadership for the
21th century. I have been impressed with his commitment to quality principles and leadership by
example during this course. He demonstrated great personal integrity and respect for all in the
class and as a team member. He showed an impressive work ethic within the class, going above
and beyond the necessary requirements to add value to the class and set a strong example for
