Daniela Ciolompea worked with the author from 2006 to 2009 at Hewlett Packard, where she supervised the Order Management Team. Their collaboration was excellent as both teams focused on dispute resolution and avoidance. Daniela's strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills helped find faster solutions for customers. She was dedicated, worked well under pressure, and was results-oriented. Daniela also enhanced her skills outside her comfort zone and in people management. The author strongly recommends Daniela and believes she will meet any expectations in future roles.
