It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation in behalf of Christine Brewer. I
have known Christine for over six months as I taught Project Management at LDSBC, and I have had
the opportunity to supervise her as she was the Project Manager for the Rebekah McKinney Runway
project.
Christine is a creative and talented project manager. Her excellent communication skills, work ethic,
and sheer talent made the project a delight to work on. She contributed well individually, on team
her team, and then also in a creative director role in guiding other team members to enhance their
tasks. Christine will excel in any role she is given because she is passionate about her work, uplifting
team members, and delivering on time. She understands the elements and principles of effective
communication and loves working with others.
In addition, Christine is a very determined individual, dedicated, and hardworking, and she meets
deadlines and worked extremely well with others. She listens to complicated instruction and follows
direction well. In one particular situation on the project she was managing, she not only coordinated
with several companies and teams to create the project but also communicated with team members to
help them fulfil their tasks. Of course, the inevitable problem arose, and she handled the situation
with such efficiency and professionalism that she was able to rectify the situation immediately,
thereby making it a non-issue. Further, I would have never known of the situation because it was
solved so quickly and with such grace, other than she informed me. She exudes integrity, and I knew
I could always count on her to do her best, and she did. She has a special talent of working well with
all types of personalities and people and loves working with people.
Christine sets her mind on goals, and accomplishes them, surpassing all expectations. She often
notices things that most people over-look. These qualities combined with her creativity and
intelligence make her an excellent candidate for this employment opportunity.
