• You will need:
500g of flour
200g of brown sugar
200g of butter
6 coocking apples
A backing dish
Ingredients
• Firstly, mix the flour with ¾ of the sugar . Then, start mixing in the
butter (you can only use your fingers) with the flour and sugar until you
get a crumbly texture. After that, set this mixture apart.
• Secondly, when you finish making the crumble, you start peeling the
apples and remove the core and pipes. Then cut the apple into quarters
and cut them again into thin slices (but not too thin)
Crumbly texture
• Thirdly, cover the bottom of the baking dish with the apple slices .
Sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar on top of the apples. Depending on
the size of the baking dish, you can make two layers of apple, each
layer with its sugar on top.
• Fourthly, take the crumble and spread it evenly across the apples, so you
can not see any of the apple.
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the baking dish on a tray in
the middle of the oven. Bake for 40 minutes.
• Serve it with cream, ice cream, yogurt, etc…
