SPAGUETTI BOLOGNESE<br />INGREDIENTS:<br />A package of medium Spaghetti<br />1 / 2 kg lean ground beef<br />A can of peeled Roma tomatoes<br />1 / 4 cup red wine<br />2 tbsp olive oil<br />2 cloves garlic<br />1 large red tomato<br />1 green pepper<br />1 small onion<br />One tablespoon dried Italian herbs smelling (thyme, oregano, basil, etc.).<br />Mozzarella cheese 100 gms<br />A sprig of fresh basil<br />Parmesan cheese, to taste<br />Salt and pepper, to taste<br />METHOD OF PREPARATION:<br />first fry the ground beef with salt and pepper until golden.Then add the garlic, peppers and onion and finely chopped herbs.Below cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Add the wine and allow incorporating evaporate. Canned tomatoes incorporate fresh tomatoes and cut into large pieces.Reduce heat then cook for 15 minutes. In the last boil, add the fresh basil leaves.Meanwhile, boil water with salt and add spaghetti to boiling water and cook for 15 minutes, or according to the term that you want to give the pasta.Following when the spaghetti are ready, drain and serve in a bowl. Incorporate the Bolognese sauce over spaghetti.Finally garnish with grated mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.<br />
