Pasta Bolognes
Ingredients
:
350
grams of pasta (preferably Penne or Spaghetti
)
1
tablespoon of olive oil
1
medium-sized onion, chopped
2
cloves of garlic, minced
500
grams of ground beef
2
small cans (400 grams) of peeled and crushed tomatoes
2
tablespoons of tomato sauce
1
teaspoon of sugar
1
teaspoon of dried oregano
A pinch of black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2
cup of water (you can increase the quantity if needed
)
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
:
Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt. Cook the pasta according to the
package instructions until it becomes tender and al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving
some of the cooking water on the side
.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and
sauté until it becomes translucent and soft
.
Add the minced garlic and continue to sauté for another two minutes until the aroma
is released
.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook it thoroughly until it browns and
crumbles
.
Once the beef is cooked, add the crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce to the skillet,
and stir everything together
.
Add the sugar, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt to taste. You can also adjust the
water quantity if the sauce seems too dry
.
Allow the sauce to come to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about
20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally
.
Once the sauce thickens and the flavors are well-combined, add the cooked pasta to
the skillet and toss it well with the sauce until fully coated
.
Serve the hot Pasta Bolognese and garnish it with some grated Parmesan cheese
.

Note: You can adjust the ingredients according to your personal preferences. If you
want to make a larger portion, you may need to increase the amount of sauce or
ground beef. It is also recommended to serve it with fresh bread or a side salad to
