Parapet and terrace gardening should be encouraged by announcing tax exemption Reduce over dependence on paddy crops and encourage all other crops and tubers. Each and every living organisms including plants and animals have a birth right to natural resources.

21. SUGGESTIONS To raise voice against displacement there have to be combined effort, not an isolated work. People should be made more aware of their rights. The issues to be raised to the political level Lobbying or campaigning is very essential to make a public opinion
