1. An international summit is needed between the US, China, and Russia to negotiate peace, disarmament, and security issues, coinciding with calls for UN Security Council reform. 2. Active peace diplomacy and bridge-building are urgently needed in the energy sector, including developing "energy transition diplomats" between countries to rebuild trust damaged by current conflicts. 3. Western societies need "perestroika and glasnost" reforms to their governance of energy markets and corporations to alleviate tensions between regions and ideologies regarding energy, climate, and economic issues.

and the South, the East with the West. The War in the Ukraine, including President Putins expressed
