 Assessment tests indicate that my biggest strength is “Winning overOthers”. I AM
ACHIEVEMENT ORIENTED.
 Recent sales awards including Quota Buster, Territory Manager of the Year, $500,000
Club and Fast Start Award. This proves that I have the skill set to be successful in the
Account Manager role. There are a total of 8 different high achievement rankings.
 Building Relationships is the crucial key to building revenue. I understand how to win
over various personality types by focusing on the customer’s perspective/need. I have a
unique ability to learn and discover the customer’s needs through a “customer
centered” approach. I have strong verbal and oral communication skills to drive sales
through the sales process to closure.
 My Tenacity helps me understand that no interest from a customer may just mean the
customer means “maybe later” or a lack of information. I work hard to do whatever it
takes to get the job done.
 I understand how to Build a Business Plan with management and how to enact/adjust
the plan. I understand the need to manage priorities, time and geographic
responsibilities with efficient multi-tasking skills. Employers have endorsed my strong
abilities in this area.
 I know the need to work long hours and have a dedicated focus especially in providing
the highest level of customer responsiveness to any questions or issues.
 Judie Rutherford has demonstrated excellent closing skills which are essential to
growing the business.
