This document profiles and tracks Brigada Pabasa, a program for struggling readers in junior high school and senior high school in Barobo III District. It identifies 30 struggling readers across grades 7-12. Issues include safety, lack of access to technology, uncontextualized materials, remote locations, student jobs, and lack of home support. The plan is to intensify volunteer roles, contextualize materials, conduct research on interventions, and strengthen home visits. Best practices include school-based research, tapping community volunteers, home visits for practice, and continuous monitoring of student progress.
