Letter from the CEO:
As I write my inspiration to you today I am reflecting on the seeds we plant in this very special garden of life.
One of our TRI Students in Helderstroom Prison shared with me recently how he is harvesting the fruits of those very early deposits he made in his life, seeds planted with fear and limitation. He is waking up in the middle of his own creation and deeply impacted by its ripple effect. He is shaken. With different tools he is now expanding on his garden, understanding that he is a puzzle piece in a bigger puzzle - we are all connected and each seed has impact. Today he is conscious about sowing seeds with love, care and understanding. And yes, the old trees are still standing as reminders of deep and valuable learning processes - he embraces those with great humility. It has allowed him an understanding as he has healed and a bridge to those who still sow with fear and live in darkness. He is reaching them with his light. He is a Change Agent in the making!
These processes are touching my heart daily... when we begin to live our light beingness and touch those around us. This is why we are here... to unlock an incredible potential.
Let us be curious about the seeds we plant. Let us understand. Let us share our LIGHT

The first day for me at the University
After a long and anxious waiting for all the summer season, at last, the long-anticipated day came for me to report at the University of South Alabama in Alabama State. The institution is where I was enrolling to peruse a bachelor’s degree on spring 2015. The University of South Alabama is has a worldwide recognition in providing the required education to students. As my first choice, I believe that it can provide me with a quality education. The writing will focus on the first day for me in the university.
Due to anxiety to begin a new life, I woke up so early after a sleepless night so as to prepare for my journey to the university. Since was not well versed with the country and the state environment was new I had to take some time to catch up. I reached an hour earlier than necessary so that I can familiarize myself with where to start since the environment was new to me and all the first years were reporting. Since it was my first day to join the university, I felt so excited and happy. However, I was a bit nervous since I didn’t know anyone. Otherwise, the first day in the university turned to be good.
As I entered the university, I hoped that everything was to go on smoothly just as I had expected. However, due to the complexity of the environment, I became confused and lost. I did not even know where to go. I had to find help from a stranger who showed me the administration block. I braced myself to meet the campus instructor who handled new students and their class allocations. With politeness and willing to assist she showed me the direction and the class. After I had received her instructions, I began to walk through some big buildings, with smart corridors towards the direction with a mixture of excitement and nervousness. While I was approaching, I saw many students and felt strange.
After a while, I decided to become braver. I approached one of the female students to ask her about what was happening, just to realize that we were in the same group. We, therefore, introduced ourselves, her name was Daisy. We joined in for orientation, with the activities for fresh learners in the university. Soon I began feeling better than the way I came in. These activities enabled me to feel like a part of the team, and I was now beginning to feel that I had become an international university student since I came across people from all parts of the world.
The unique thing I realized is that each lecture theatre is named regarding a certain quality that includes humanity, unity, excellent, and innovation. A confident professor entered our classroom. Her name was Miss Darby. She was the teacher of the day since she was going to be our professor in the field of psychology. Right from her look, she seemed to be very competent and ready to teach. Before the lesson began all, my classmates were silent. To begin with, she gave us a smart introduction on herself and then requested all of us to share a ...

When one mentions a party what immediately feels our mind is loud music, alcohol, various mouthwatering delicacies, dancing and what have you. Well, I can’t refute the fact that that is what a really party entails but you will agree with me that there can be a party not lacking fun with all the music, drugs, alcohol and food missing. That is exactly what happened at my home when the national results came out and the great, big good news was that I had made it to the university. When the news reached us, the whole compound went crazy, I can still remember the day vividly, my mum was singing and dancing as she went round the compound, my dad sited under a shade and making several calls one after the other delivering the good news, my brothers and sisters though calm and not going crazy with my mum and dad, I could see it how they all looked at me, my sisters their eyes filled with tears of joy and my brothers giving me that look that says that is how you roll….
That was my party! After the merriment and the dancing and singing and constant beeping of the phone for a couple of days, the mood calmed down, and immediately my family sat down to deliberate on the next move. Whatever was discussed that day by my family behind the rolled down curtains yielded enough results, and everything was agreed upon, here I am, my first day on a campus. Well, if you are wondering, I didn’t teleport myself here, and I am not alone either. I came with my dad and the journey was long so we had to wake up very early in the morning so as to make it in time for registration and acquisition of a room for my accommodation for the next couple of months that I am going to be on campus. I dare say the journey was rather longer than usually. Well what do you expect, with the emotions running high, the expectations, excitement mixed with the fear of the unknown can yield an excellent concoction that seems to have the magic of making time stand still or rather make a minute be several seconds longer.
After a couple of hours the long wait was finally over and finally we arrived. When my eyes first beheld the scenery, there seemed to be a lot to take in, the buildings, the number of people walking in various directions, it was amazing and somehow satisfied my perceptions about what was ahead of me. The registration and accommodation were over within no time, and I was in my room and a new friend, when my new friend and roommate got to give me an overview of what to expect in the coming days, the revelations threatened and totally changed my views and perceptions on campus. Before his blindfold removing revelations, I always perceived and thought highly of university students and its environs. Don’t get me wrong, though, it is but not lacking in the various social misfits of the world. This though might sound reasonable but it is not because most if no ...

A Story to Remember
Have you ever wanted to learn about cultures or discovering your self by studying abroad? An important aspect of my life is that I like to learn different things. The world is always changing, so I am always questioning everything. When I was a kid I woke up every morning just to see the sun and I enjoy going to school to learn. When I got older, things seem to change dramatically and more often. My mind expanded and I started seeing differently. One of the things in my life that has helped me learn and to see differently is studying abroad. Studying abroad led me to learn another language, to discover my personal strength, to expose me to other cultures, and to appreciate my family. It is amazing to think that just leaving one’s home country can provide all these experiences because all of us can be changed in different ways when we deal to another environment.
If everyone works hard for what he wants, he will get it that exactly what happened to me. Since I worked and studied very hard, I finished high school with good grade. I applied to a university, which is the biggest and greatest university in Saudi Arabia, and I got acceptance from it beside acceptance from another universities. I did not hesitate choosing this university to study in it so that I accepted and continue my document. As all know that studying in University unlike studying in school for different aspects, so I cannot forget my first day in university. I attended engineering college just for one year. However, conditions were bad there because the first year in the university, which calls Preparatory Year, is going to be sets to the major as a high GPA, and the engineering was the highest major for the GPA. I started studying with two emotions one of them is afraid that can I get a high GPA and join the engineering college, and the others is eager to study and get what I want. I did the best I can so that I finally got a high GPA and I joined the Engineering College after finishing a year, which was Preparatory Year.
I started studying in Engineering College, and it was not easy since they taught in English. I thought that if I entered Engineering that means I am going to choose my major in Engineering; however, I received a new news, that make me frustrated, that there is another competition between students in Engineering which who gets highest in GPA, he is going to study the highest rank of the university which was Electrical Engineering, and that major what I wanted. I tried to be eager as I was in the first but I could not. I dropped the engineering collage and I told my family about it who were upset at the first time, but then they supported me.
One thing I have always liked to do since I was a kid is watching movies. Most of the movies are in English, which was the beginning of my exposure to the English language. I thought it was an amazing language and I tried to learn it. I r.
Stages in My LifeThrough life, a person can experience .docxMARRY7
Stages in My Life
Through life, a person can experience many events. Those events might make a person struggle and pause or provide the hope and inspiration to continue and move on. I have been through stages that have changed my life, whether for better or worse. Those stages are the most important aspects that made me who I am now because each of them taught me a new lesson that made me aware of what I have been through, and how I should deal with the new stage I have launched. Those stages which began since the third high school year until the first day of college made me learn how to be organized, rely on myself, and never give up on my ambitions.
The first stage, which I thought is the hardest was the beginning of my career. Due to some urgent cases I had to live away from my family for the first time. It was a new experience that I had to face. My uncle, whom I spent the last two years of high school with did not hesitate to talk to my father and take his permission to let me live with him while my family was travelling. He welcomed me in his house and got me a driver who could give me a ride to my school. At the beginning I was not familiar with the life away from my family, even though my uncle treated me as his own son. I was trying to live my life like nothing had happened, but that was not working. Because of that, I got the lowest grade ever which was under 90 percent. I was unhappy about that, and I did not talk to anyone about this grade. My family returned for a while and they were not sure whether they were going to stay with me for the last year of high school. I kept asking myself “what if my family left me again for the same reason?” and that happened. This time I asked myself why did I get lower grades, so I made a schedule for my self and organized my time. Before, my parents used to tell me what to do and when. Now, I have my own schedules for each day and how am I going to spend it. For example, I tried to make my time more organized because it was my last year in high school. This year was going to determine my future, so I made 2 hours each day for studying, 3 hours for eating and relaxing, 2 hours for time enjoyment like playing video games or talking to a friend, 1 hour for revising, and the rest to sleep. This was one of the successful plans that I have ever thought of. At the beginning it was hard to work on this schedule. After watching the results, I continued on the schedule and passed the high school with a 90 percent, even though It was not the grade that I have expected, I was happy with It. From this stage, I learned how to be organized in my life, that helped me a lot and made everything easier whenever and wherever I went.
Next, after I had graduated from high school, I was assuming that I had passed the hardest point and life will continue and be easier. Then, the time for applying for the colleges and universities came. I was totally confused, I did not know what to do or not to do. I needed advice fro ...
The analysis of proteins and messenger RNA is commonly used in the comparison of gene expression patterns in tissues or cells of different types and under distinct conditions. In gene expression analysis, normalization is a critical step as it guarantees the validity of downstream analyses. Data preprocessing is an indispensable step in the extraction and normalization of microarray gene expression data. The normalization of gene expression data is essential in ensuring accurate inferences. A number of normalization methods in high throughput sequencing studies are being employed. The preprocessing activity begins by a careful analysis of the gene expression data and usually involves the classification of many raw signal intensities into one expression value. The Robust Multiarray Average (RMA) is a normalization approach for microarrays that involves background correction, normalization and summarization of probe levels information without using MM probes (Lim et al., 2007). It is an algorithm commonly used in the creation of an expression matrix for Affymetrix data and is one of the most commonly used modes of preprocessing to normalize gene expression data. Values of raw intensity are initially background corrected and log2 transformed before being normalized. In order to generate an expression measure for probe sets on each array, a linear model is fitted to the normalized data.

A Christian’s relationship with God is vital to a Christian walk but other relationships and friendships require a reflection on the Christians personal walk with the superior being.
Summary on biblical friendships
Relationships gain more strength through proximity. The physical presence of friends is a source of joy and strength to a Christian. Distance makes friendship more difficult. For example, according to II John 12, John knew that he would be happier if he went to his own people and speak to them face to face (Dietrich B. 19).

Order 866663 emergency planning in the uk public servicesKimberly Williams
This paper evaluates the Emergency Planning in the UK Public Services. Emergency responses and interventions are focused on delivering essential facilities are always unique depending on the situation under assessment. As emergency response groups are at the forefront in leading for interventions in case of a catastrophe, the public has a role to play at each local community level. Emergency situations have helped the locals to learn how to mitigate and strengthen the effects of conditions that require urgent attention. Responses have led to enhance the capacity of the personnel and the public involved in intervening in community response (Yáñez-Arancibia et al., 2014). Community response teams have been formed which educate residents on their preparedness in cases when disaster strikes equipping them with disaster response skills. Pieces of training have been conducted at the local level as a means of creating jointly available quality assistance when disaster looms. Considering the effects disasters have had in communities, community reserve volunteers have been seen applying for vacancies in UK emergency response organizations to help the locals in case of a crisis.
This paper is based on the Tourism Industry. The Tourism industry is among the fastest growing economic activities in the world pumping in vast chunks of revenue. It has created job opportunities in both large and small cultural communities around the globe. As this continues to happen, the impacts tourism has brought in continues to be less understood (Lis, S. (2009). The effects the industry has brought to the nations involved range from economics to socio-cultural benefits and sometimes adverse outcomes to a large extent. The results are felt mainly in the developing countries where mass tourism is practiced. These negative effects are occasionally sustainable and manageable if well handled. This paper seeks to unveil the negative impacts the socio-cultural effects tourism has brought and identifying the areas of sustainability.
Most of the players in the industry view tourism concerning its economic impacts, revenue and taxes collection to be the central driving bearing (Mason 2015). However, there is a broad range of sometimes severe negative impacts tourism has fueled depending on the kind of resources and conditions involved. The socio-cultural consequences of travel to the community have many times threatened to harm the tourism market. When tourism comes to a community, there will always be a gloomy effect on the neighborhood. With the relaxed and free state of the tourists at the destination, a batch of illegal activities manages to lean on and cause problems to people involved. The nature of changes in lifestyle in the local community due to tourist involvement and congestion has been seen to alter most socio-cultural patterns of the locals. Recreational areas such as hotels, clubs, entertainment concerts and beaches have pushed development into the community and forcing alterations in the physical construction of the area.
The American Dream means something different to everyone. Perhaps the most mainstream version of the American Dream is one where all American aspire to become wealthy and the ability to achieve everything if one works hard for it. The play Death of a Salesman written by Arthur Miller is a tragic story that displays how misinterpreting the American Dream can ruin your life. To Willy Loman, the American Dream is being rich and loved by everyone around you. In his pursuit this he found himself working way too hard and trying to be good at something he wasn’t. He also spent too much of his time worrying about if people liked him when he should have been focusing on finding himself. And although Willy Loman was obsessed with his success, he was also equally obsessed with the success (or lack thereof) of his family, particularly his sons. In his pursuit of the American Dream, Willy develops an obsession with having the perfect family and being successful, which ultimately contributes to his death (Marino & Stephen, p56)
This paper is about abortion. Abortion is not a new topic of discussion. For a long time now, pro-life and pro-choice advocates, legislators and religious institutions have debated this issue. Among these divides, two kinds of arguments usually dominate. To begin with, there are those that use liberal arguments because they favor personal choice over any other value. Secondly, there are conservative ones who seek to maintain the status quo of the fetus’ life. It is important to note that some countries permit abortion if the pregnancy is the result of rape or if it puts the woman's life at risk. Many young girls who do not know what they will do when they find out they are pregnant, and so they resort to this immoral practice. As a result, abortion should be illegal for it goes against the right to live.

As this semester started, I did not have the knowledge of the Indigenous Australians and adversity they went through even until this day. However, after attending several lectures in AB200, my learning experiences impacted a lot towards my awareness of the Indigenous people. Hearing of the horrific measures these children were put through by being mistreated, and having their innocence tainted touched me (Morphy, 2014). Primarily, I only knew very little about the ‘Dreaming’ where the country was significant since we once taught that Aboriginal were wrong people.
The Aboriginal Dreaming entails the religious and spiritual beliefs of the native of Australia (Morphy, 2014). It is what they base their traditional lives since it determines their values and beliefs and their relationships with the animals. The Dreaming narrates stories which explain their views and opinions on the existence of the world as well as how Spirit Ancestors made the trees, rocks, waterholes, and rivers, mountains, and stars (Tayor, 2013). Therefore, the understanding of life, land, and identity is the existing cultural knowledge that is transmitted from generation to other. The spirits represent each of these things along with the other living features in the land.

The paper shows evidence that the writer has a profound understanding of Aldous Huxley′s Brave New World. Avoiding at all cost to summarize the book and plots. The paper must contain at least seven relevant and contemporary sources that support the thesis. Inserting enough direct quotes from the book evenly throughout the essay is essential to support the argument. All the quotes should be introduced by signal phrases and fits in the lines seamlessly. The paper requires an elaborate introduction and a strong thesis statement. The conclusion paragraph should discuss the book′s meaning as a whole and what is Huxley trying to convey. Be sure to draw relevance and comparison to the modern society. In addition, all the requirements from the attached file below, ″BNW Editorial Essay,″ need to be fulfilled. Also, I do need a rough draft by tomorrow 9:00 am PST that meet all the requirements in ″BNW Rough Draft requirement″ (attached file below). The rough draft should still be a cohesive paper instead of bullet points

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

MY LONG JOURNEY TO UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP
Every individual has a desire in life, and people tend to work hard so that the dreams may
come true. My dream had been to study in the prestigious universities overseas, and attaining the
entry to them needed good grades as well as a sound financial base. One of the requirements was
easy for me to fulfill, especially the one for the grades. I was not poor in class, but my family
was not well up financially. The implication was that I had to get a scholarship that would enable
me to proceed to meet my dreams. My long journey commenced at a time when my close friend
invited me to travel with him, to one of the richest oil companies in the universe. That invitation
caught me by surprise because I had not experienced travel to the home capital city, leave alone
abroad. However, I decided to take advantage of the offer and use the trip to explore the world.
The funny thing was that my parents and other family members were against it, but I had to stand
my ground and move on.
My friend was well aware of my naivety when it comes to traveling, and he took good
care of me as if he was a close family member. Upon arrival to the airport, I came across a group
of people celebrating in songs and dances. Upon a closer scrutiny, I saw a lady dressed in a
graduation gown, and I could tell that she had been a student abroad. She immediately became
my motivation factor, since I would also wish to have such a welcome. We traveled and arrived
safely to the destination. A few kilometers from the airport, there was one of the biggest

universities in the country. My friend and I decided to pay a visit to the premises, and what I saw
rendered me shocked and interested in equal measures. The structures inspired my dream, and I
had to surf the internet to see how people land there. In the meantime, I managed to come across
an advert for a scholarship to any of the great universities in the world, fully paid course. I went
through the requirements and saw that I had to sit two main examinations and attain a certain
pass mark to qualify. After the two exams, a one-year training awaited all the lucky applicants. I
sat the exams but could not manage the grades required for the first time. However, I knew that
winners never quit, and quitters never win. Remembering the people, whom I met at the airport, I
had all the reasons to do the best and get the grades.
I designed a method of doing my studies, and it worked well. I could not manage to lose
the scholarship, and yet I was not poor in class. As such, failure was not part of my vocabulary.
Back home, my family members were not aware of what was happening to me. I remembered
that they were against it, but I needed to give them a surprise upon my success. The second test
came, and this time round I managed to get a mark far above the cutoff point. My joy was
incredible, and it gave me a reason to push on with the next exam. Due to the motivation I had,
the second test came and again passed well, such that my tutors got amazed at the passing of the
hard tests. At this time, I managed to let my family members see the reason why I fought so hard
to travel with my friend. I owe him much because of the assistance he gave me. I could not hold
my tears of joy when I received the appointment letter from the sponsor with all the costs of the
university education fully paid.
The acceptance of the scholarship was the first step towards the realization of my dreams.
However, it did not mean everything. The one-year training sent me into a world of confusion
and mixed up. I had to make new friends since I knew no one at the time. The most devastating

thing was that dormitories were the main dwelling place. Back home, I never thought that I could
share my room with anybody. But things were different here because sharing was compulsory,
and the rooms were so minute to share for even one more person. Again, I was not accustomed to
the issue of having a tight program to follow. In this case, I had to reorganize myself and make
sure that all activities had enough time allotted to them. It was not easy, but I managed. From the
dorm rooms, I could hear the noises from the outside environment
. The noises from the other rooms came directly to our
room, and sometimes they were disturbing. Making new friends was a hell to me because I
needed time to scrutinize them and choose only those that suited my purpose. The environment
comprised of people of different cultures, some who knew God and some who were drug addicts.
I came across a guy who wanted me to be a drug user, but my wits could not allow me to fall into
his trap. The discipline instilled in me back home was a real defense against such vices. I have to
acknowledge that the process was not easy, but all the same, I had to push and see the conclusion
of it all.
The program was very difficult, and to succeed meant that I had to sacrifice all the joys
and goodies. It called for personal discipline and commitment, as well as making friends that can

help one to sail true the tough units. I knew that since am all alone, and away from home, I had
to take full responsibility for any action that I undertake. Doing so was not easy at first since I
was not used to doing it. At times, I could engage in studies and read hard especially during the
first year. There was a time I extended in the study room, such that by the time I came out, I felt
as if someone was ringing a bell in my brain in a musical manner. I would hear Kong! Kong!
Kong! At that moment, I realized that I was approaching a point where I would behave like a
mad person. However, I thank nature because it converted me to be a responsible person. My
determination in pursuing the program secured me a chance to be among the first class, which
aimed at excelling well at the end of the program.
At the end of the program, I was so happy that I wept uncontrollably as I saw the colorful
graduation ceremony attended by friends and relatives. I could see my friends excel with me, all
happy faces glimmering. In the end, there came the announcement that we needed to make some
choices, of the University that one wished to join. Since my dream university was Oxford, I
chose it so that the scholarship arrangement could go through. It was all joy in the hands of my
family, and my parents, in particular, congratulated me for the victory in the entire journey. I
owed them a lot for their unending support that they gave me, given that it took their attention
and encouragement to sail through the hectic journey. When the admission day came, I was as
happy as a king. Since I am a lover of music, I kept playing the reggae music since it was my
favorite genre. I could listen to the music all day long, and even while asleep, I felt the music
playing its echo in me. I had received the admission letter a month before the admission day, and
I knew for sure that I had secured a vacancy in the university. All the same, I had all the reasons
to be happy and grateful in equal measures. I prayed that the vision I developed in the first time
