This document summarizes a study on clients' perspectives on the quality of care at health facilities in Malawi. The study used surveys to assess clients' perceptions of their care during antenatal care (ANC), delivery, and postnatal care (PNC). It measured factors like communication with healthcare workers, cleanliness, wait times, and services received. Overall, clients rated the quality of ANC care highly across different dimensions. Statistical analysis found several process factors were significantly associated with higher perceived quality ratings, including healthcare workers introducing themselves, explaining procedures and medication, seeking consent, and encouraging questions. The study aims to further analyze the delivery and PNC data to identify determinants of clients' quality perceptions.
