 Staff Management:
1. Responsible for collect the Dhaka Office Admin staffs overtime sheets; after that scrutinize & prepare the overtime sheets, OT
summery sheet & send to the concern office for the further process.
2. Responsible for managing the support staffs duty roaster, leave schedule and regular duty schedule.

 E-Procurement:
9. Responsible for issuing work order for FA&S. After completion each work, collect the hard copy invoice from vendors with proper
supporting documents. Afterwards scrutinize each & every invoice. Then handover the correct invoices to vendor for raise them
in the e-procurement system. When vendor submit the invoice in the e-procurement system, then approve the invoices in the e-
procurement system as per the give information/supporting.
10. Lead the office procurement system start from preparing order request for require materials & raise the purchase requisitions
with proper specifications by e-procurement system for Facilities Administration & Services department.
 Material Management:
11. Responsible for issuing of stored materials against requisition paper as and when required, time to time give the report about the
stock to my supervisor, regularly monitoring the store rooms & visit the Ware House randomly for checking the conditions of the
storing materials.
12. Responsible for keeping the records (by hard copy & data base) of purchasing & issuing materials/goods for FA&S department.
13. Responsible to manage and track movement (in and out) of all goods and materials and update bin cards & ensure inventory
database is maintained current and accurate.
