4. Application of sustainable building practices with applied and continued research and implementation (including but by no means limited to LEED certification) is a crucial
priority. Working on numerous projects designed to, or in process of attaining various levels of LEED certification has helped develop an in depth understanding of the USGBC
rating system. But more importantly, extensive research on the subject of sustainable practice, while also spearheading ‘Net-Zero’ R&D studies has provided substantial insight
into how to apply and actually realize principles of truly sustainable architectural practice; which has been a deep rooted passion - long before accepted into the mainstream.
