Project Saudi Economic Cities Authority eServices Portal
Location Saudi Arabia – Rebigh
Details Managing & Developing a comprehensive solution to manage four economic cities municipality, real
estate, commerce, civic, urban planning services. The overall solution consists of 15 oracle products
(Oracle Siebel, Oracle WebCenter suite plus, Oracle ECM, Oracle SOA, Oracle Access Manager,
Oracle AutoVue…etc.) scattered on different multiple systems (eServices, correspondence, CRM,
content management, payment gateway system and web portal). Moreover, project had been
awarded the ICMG certificate as best solution architecture for 2014.
Role Implementation and Support Manager
Responsibilities  Participated in the bidding stage by building a comprehensive technical proposal with solid
solution architecture.
 Responsible of project overall scope of work.
 Preparing & conducting all analysis workshops, building all business process flow and delivering
all analysis documents.
 Design solution logical and physical data model.
 Managing all development activities with 25+ Technical recourses.
 Managing all UAT sessions.
 Managing the go-live activities.
 Managing all Change request and support activities.
Project Saudi Ministry of Agriculture solution eServices
Location Saudi Arabia – Riyadh
Details Developing a comprehensive solution to manage 25 Ministry services from the moment an
application is submitted to the backend system until the service is delivered to the client. Moreover,
the project included the conversion of the MOA portal into Oracle WebCenter portal with the
management to all MOA documents.

50+ services and 15 Inspection types automation. The solution is automating the process between
the client, engineering offices and citizen and the Municipality.

capabilities of the citizen profile, Vehicles profile, Addresses profile and Establishments. Moreover,
the CRS is the focal system for managing all civil registry transactions such as Birth, death, divorce,
marriage transactions…etc.

Responsibilities  Configuration and Administration Siebel Public Sector using Siebel Tools
 Integration with external database using EBCs.
 Siebel e-Script & VBScript.
 Organization, Divisions, Responsibilities, Employees and positions setup.
 Manage Application List of Values, Data Validation and State Model
 Configuration at the Data Layer such as adding extension columns and extension tables.
 Customization at the Business Layer for the Business components, Business Objects, Joins, Field
and PickLists.

medical practitioners who can work in KSA. The overall solution consists of 40 services related to
registration and classification, re-registration, classification for certificates, Print out for all
certificates … etc. System build used oracle products (Oracle Siebel, Oracle ECM, Oracle SOA, Oracle
Access Manager, and Business intelligent …etc.)
