This document summarizes the medical case of a 13-year-old female patient who has a history of recurrent abnormal bleeding since childhood. Her bleeding episodes are usually mild to moderate and can be controlled with transfusions of fresh frozen plasma. Laboratory tests were performed which found her fibrinogen levels and factors VIII, IX, and von Willebrand factor to be decreased. Based on her history and test results, she may have a coagulation disorder like hypofibrinogenaemia.
