Here, at the Trailer Parts Superstore, we often get calls from frustrated customers who have found out that their trailer has been outfitted with a suspension salvaged from a mobile home transport. A little history: when mobile homes were first being introduced, some of the builders asked the Dexter Axle Co. to develop a low cost suspension system for limited use only for the transport of the mobile homes of the day. Dexter developed a suspension that was accepted and was in wide use during the heyday of the mobile home. This system was not approved by DOT, but approved by HUD (Housing and Urban Development). It was called the MHA (Mobile Home Axle) and was supposed to be disposable. Unfortunately, opportunists would salvage these suspensions and re-use them on old trailers and even new trailers.

This document discusses water saving technology in the textile industry. It proposes using solophenyl dyes for dyeing cotton and cotton-polyester blends, which can save significant amounts of water compared to conventional reactive dyes. For 100% cotton fabrics, solophenyl dyes can reduce water consumption from 60-80 liters/kg to 20-30 liters/kg. For cotton-polyester blends, a one-batch dyeing process using solophenyl dyes has the potential to save water consumption from 120-140 liters/kg down to 30-40 liters/kg. Adopting these new dyeing techniques could help textile factories minimize their environmental impact and reduce production costs.

Ranpak FillPak and PadPak bulk pallet brochureDave van Dijk
The document describes a bulk pallet solution for loading endless paper into packaging converters. The bulk pallet positions a complete pallet of endless paper behind the converter, reducing reloading to a minimum and eliminating individual loading and lifting of paper packs. This enables more efficient and ergonomic packaging operations with higher volumes.
Stroopwafel World was founded in 2016 in Amsterdam and sells stroopwafels and related products online worldwide. As an online retailer, they need packaging that cushions products, is movable, and can grow with the business. The Geami WrapPak Exbox Mini paper packaging solution met their needs - it has a small footprint, is easily movable, installs quickly, and allows packing anywhere due to its compact size. The Exbox Mini allows Stroopwafel World to pack products when and where needed.
The Geami WrapPak M is a low volume wrapping solution that uses a combination of die cut kraft paper and tissue paper. The paper is expanded into a honeycomb structure for surface protection without needing electricity, tape, or a large footprint. It is well-suited for lower volume packaging and e-commerce due to its manual operation and attractive presentation. A heavy duty paper is also available for wrapping fragile or heavy products.
The document describes a compact packaging solution called Geami WrapPak EX Mini that is designed for small spaces. It is a disposable carton box that expands into a 3D honeycomb structure providing surface protection and presentation when an item is wrapped. The packaging takes up little space, is easy to use, eco-friendly, and a sustainable alternative to bubble wrap. It involves three simple steps - ordering the Geami WrapPak EX Mini, placing it in your packaging area, and easily wrapping products to ship safely to customers.
The document describes the Geami WrapPak EX and EX MINI packaging solutions. The Geami WrapPak is a combination of die cut kraft paper and tissue paper that expands into a honeycomb structure for wrapping products. The EX MINI is designed for smaller packaging environments and startups with limited space and funds. It has a smaller footprint and lighter weight than the standard EX model. Both solutions provide protective wrapping without the need for tape due to the interlocking paper structure. The document highlights that the EX MINI is well-suited for startups and environments with space constraints by offering a compact, flexible and affordable wrapping option.
This document summarizes Rivièra Maison's experience with using Ranpak's Geami WrapPak solution for packaging their vulnerable products for online delivery. Ranpak introduced the Geami WrapPak machines which were integrated into Rivièra Maison's existing packaging line. Now all packaging stations are equipped with the machines which use die-cut paper and tissue paper to better protect sensitive goods. As a result, Rivièra Maison has fewer damaged returns and lower return costs. Customers are also very satisfied with the improved packaging experience.
