This study examines employee opinions of training and development programs at Mehala Carona Textiles Pvt Ltd in Gobi. The objectives are to study employee insights on provided training, satisfaction levels, and ways to improve company performance. Employees are critical to organizational success, and training helps maximize their contributions. The research methodology includes a sample of 200 employees selected randomly. Primary data was collected through structured questionnaires on personal details, job satisfaction, and training opinions. Findings show most respondents are graduates aged 20-30 with 3-4 years experience who are satisfied with the current training programs and feel it improves personal growth.
